SS 2018 Hand Painted Leather Shorts by Niki de Saint Phalle
Hand painted lamb leather shorts as featured in look 50 of the Christian Dior Spring/Summer 2018 runway show in which creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri collaborated with visual artist Niki de Saint Phalle.
Features high waist, fringe hem, concealed side pockets, and inner silk lining.
The painted features are applied directly on the body of the shorts as well as on raised leather cutout shapes of varying textures.
Condition Details: Near-perfect condition; however, there are paint smudges as shown in the photo which are part of the hand painted nature of the shorts. The leather exhibits some wear consistent with gentle use.
