SHIPPING

Shipping is available to the domestic US from our location in California. Most orders received before 3pm PST are shipped the same day, excluding weekends and holidays, or on the next business day. Rare exceptions may apply, however if unexpected delays are foreseen, the shop will take careful measures to communicate with you along the way. Once the order ships, you will receive an email update with shipping and tracking details. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking updates. All reports of lost or stolen packages, or update to the delivery address are the responsibility of the customer. At the store's sole discretion, packages may be shipped with signature required upon delivery.

At this time, Disco Palma offers free standard shipping for all orders via USPS and UPS, as well as discounted expedited shipping options at checkout to give an accurate shipping rate based on your location and shipping time/carrier preference.

CALIFORNIA SALES TAX

Disco Palma is California-based and required by law to collect local sales tax for California residents.

PAYMENT

PayPal and all major credit cards are accepted payment methods. Other payment methods accepted include Shop Pay, G Pay, Meta Pay, and Venmo. Installment payments can be made via Shop Pay using a payment plan of your choice. This is a third party payment processor and Disco Palma is not affiliated or responsible for the handling of these payments or any interest charges associated with them and all questions or issues should be directed to the creditor.

RETURN POLICY

For online purchases of apparel and footwear items, a written return request must be sent to info@discopalma.com within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of delivery. All sales are final for all other Items as well as any in person sales of any category. Each item displays a detailed description, including size, measurements, and condition. Corresponding photos are displayed on each item’s product page and any visible flaws will be documented accordingly. 

Authenticity is guaranteed, however there are very rare exceptions in which items can be incorrectly identified by even the most highly trained eyes. In order for a return to be considered on the basis of inauthenticity, documentation must be provided by the item’s manufacturer. 

All approved returns, unless due to an error by the company, are the responsibility of the customer and transaction fees incurred from the sale in the amount of 3.9%+$0.30 of the order and/or item price may be deducted from the total refund amount at the discretion of the store. It is advised that returns be insured and have a tracking number, as refunds will not be issued for items which may become lost or damaged in transit. 

All items will be carefully inspected and photographed prior to shipping to the customer. Any returned items will be matched to these photos to ensure the item’s condition has not changed. Any item returned that is missing components or in a different condition than the condition at the time of the original shipment will be denied a refund. 

You may choose to photograph the item(s) prior to shipping to ensure there are no opportunities for discrepancies or disagreements. All returned items which are deemed acceptable based on the terms laid out above will be issued a refund within 3-5 business days of the receipt of delivery and a confirmation email will be sent. Processing times may vary by bank. Please allow additional time accordingly. 

All shipping fees paid by the customer, unless expressed in writing by the company, are non-refundable. The customer shall be responsible for all shipping fees for orders returned to the company due to an undeliverable address, refusal of delivery or refusal of signature.

FAQ

Q: Do you accept consignments?

A: Disco Palma sources from exclusive providers around the world to curate a collection of truly rare authentic vintage items. We buy all of our pieces outright and do not offer a consignment program at this time. To submit a piece for review, please send images of the entire piece, including detail shots of the fabric tag and brand tag, to info@discopalma.com. We welcome additional information such as the purchase history, year, era, and designer. All items must be in very good to excellent condition.

Q: Can you help me source a rare item?

A: Disco Palma offers sourcing services via our Request Line page. We can not guarantee that your item will become available, however you may submit a photo or URL with a description and/or your desired size to be kept in our database of items to look out for. Should we successfully find the exact or similar item, we will contact you via email with a quote. Customers are given the option to be contacted via phone and are encouraged to do so, as some items may be sourced via time sensitive circumstances.

Q: I want additional information on a particular product. How can I learn more?

A: Every product page contains a link to a submission form below their descriptions. Here you can inquire about specifics you may have on a particular product. We will do our best to answer your questions and/or provide a response within 24 hours, however we can not always guarantee this time frame and we appreciate your patience while we work to get you the answers you are looking for.

Q: Do you offer pulls for stylists, influencers or other creative partnerships?

A: All existing inventory is currently available on our website. If you have questions about a specific item, please email us at info@discopalma.com for information regarding studio loans, influencer partnerships or other collaborative opportunities. 

Q: What is the pull fee? Can it be waived for editorial pulls?

A: Disco Palma generally requires a restocking fee of 25%. In some cases it may be waived for editorial placement. Please email us at info@discopalma.com and include the publication, stylist, photographer, editor, talent, projected issue date, and any other information you can offer to request for the pull fee to be waived.

Q: How long can pieces be borrowed and how will they get to me?

A: Borrowing times will be negotiated depending on the length of the project/event, travel times, etc. Most studio pulls will require the borrower to cover shipping costs both ways, however certain exceptions may apply and will be determined on a case by case basis.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time Disco Palma does not offer international shipping but we are working on making this available soon! If you are an international customer and are interested in a particular product or set of products, please send an inquiry email to info@discopalma.com. We may be able to fulfill your request for an additional fee.

Q: How often do you add new inventory to your store?

A: We are always looking for rare vintage and contemporary designer items to add to our collection. New arrivals are added to our site according to demand and size of our current inventory. If you don’t see anything you are looking for from our current inventory, we encourage you to browse our archive section and sign up for product alerts you can stay informed if/when a particular item becomes available again.
