From the Fall/Winter 2003 runway collection, this Gucci coat was the opening look of the show under Tom Ford. Crafted from a soft wool and angora blend, the silhouette is defined by an exaggerated collar, sculpted shoulders, oversized patch pockets, a center back vent, and architectural cut-out underarms that allow for movement and layering.

The detachable corset-style waist cincher can be worn with the coat or styled separately. Buckle detailing at the waist, cuffs, and collar with gold-tone brass hardware.

Featured on the runway and in period advertising campaigns. A rare and highly collectible piece from one of Tom Ford’s most influential seasons at Gucci.

Condition details:  In excellent, gently used condition consistent with its age and use. There are two faint, linear marks that are visible when the back pleats are expanded and only perceptible in certain light on close inspection. Any other imperfections are very small and barely perceptible in normal light. Normal wear presents no detectable flaws.
