New With Tags |
New items with original tags attached are typically unused and free of any defects. In some cases items may have been store or showroom display products which have been tried on and any defects will be noted in the condition details for the item on its product page. |

Items show no signs of being worn and include tags, box and dust bag. |
Excellent |
Items are clearly unused, but tags are not attached and boxes or dust bags are not included. |
Very Good |
Items show minor signs of wear. Shoes may show wear such as light scuffing at the soles, insoles and heels. Handbags and accessories may show wear such as lightly worn corners, light scratches and interior wear. |
Good |
Items show moderate signs of wear. Shoes may show wear such as moderate scuffing at the soles, insoles and heels. Handbags and accessories may show wear such as worn corners, moderate scratches and interior wear. |

Items show signs of heavy wear such as worn corners, significant scratches or interior wear. |
